SECTION 3 — PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Certain DOGSPOKE orders may include a personalised patch.

Customers are responsible for entering personalisation details correctly before submitting their order.

Please check names, telephone numbers and any other personalised information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once personalisation has begun, changes may not be possible.

Personalised patches are subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order with DOGSPOKE, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

• payment being declined or not authorised;
• suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
• an obvious pricing or product information error;
• the product becoming unavailable;
• an inability to fulfil the order;
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.

Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or where there has been an obvious pricing error.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing or other logistical disruptions.

Where applicable consumer law gives you rights in relation to delayed or failed delivery, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

Unless you arrange your own independent carrier where the law provides otherwise, responsibility for the goods remains with DOGSPOKE until the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you have authorised to receive them.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.

DOGSPOKE currently offers a voluntary 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selections or other eligible voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, different legal rights and return-cost responsibilities may apply.

SECTION 9 — 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary DOGSPOKE benefit and is additional to your statutory consumer rights.

The eligibility requirements, return conditions, return shipping responsibilities and refund process are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this guarantee replaces, limits or reduces any statutory rights you may have.

SECTION 10 — LIFETIME PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We stand behind every DOGSPOKE™ harness and leash for as long as you own them.

If either develops a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it free of charge, subject to the conditions of our Lifetime Product Guarantee.

This guarantee applies to manufacturing faults and does not cover intentional damage, misuse or normal wear and tear unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may request order information, photographs or videos in order to assess a claim.

Our Lifetime Product Guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 11 — UK CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you normally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain personalised or custom-made goods may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel.

These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Where the law permits the customer to be responsible for return shipping costs and we have informed the customer of this before purchase, those return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, DOGSPOKE will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for losses arising from use of the products for commercial or business purposes where the purchase was made as a consumer transaction.

SECTION 21 — EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where it is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will provide any remedies required by applicable consumer law.

SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DOGSPOKE’s business in Spain, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply to them under the laws of their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or authority where they are legally entitled to do so.

If you are a UK consumer, any mandatory UK consumer protections that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
